Build an authenticated reservations product for service businesses that need configurable offerings, booking duration and buffers, contacts, calendar placement, staff or resource assignment, capacity controls, payment state, and pre/post-service communications in one secured workflow.

The contact was created or reused, an authorized tenant user was assigned, capacity was protected, and follow-up work was scheduled around the service.
