These terms govern your use of the BuildWithHQ public website and the information you submit through it.

These terms apply to the public BuildWithHQ website. A BuildWithHQ account, hosted application, paid service, or customer deployment may be governed by additional terms presented when you register, order, subscribe, or sign a separate agreement.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using buildwithhq.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through its forms.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use the website for a business or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.

2. Website information and availability

The website describes BuildWithHQ products, capabilities, examples, pricing concepts, and possible use cases. Content is provided for general informational and evaluation purposes and may change. A feature, integration, roadmap item, example, estimate, or marketing description is not a promise that it is available or suitable for a particular purpose.

Subject to these terms, you may view the public website and use its materials for your internal evaluation of BuildWithHQ. No other license is granted by implication.

BuildWithHQ names, logos, and product names are trademarks or brand identifiers of BuildWithHQ. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners. References to third-party products are for identification or comparison and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

6. Third-party links and services

The website may link to documentation, login systems, social sites, partner services, or other third-party websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. BuildWithHQ is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildWithHQ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the public website or these terms. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to the public website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

8. Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Your continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
